We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange/return/refund a product that you have purchased from us. To show our sincerity, we have set out below return & refund policy highlighting key points that you should know.
- Each PACKMAN product is scanned thoroughly to maintain good quality control. As such the goods are subjected and prone to small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem. Due to quality standards being subjective, these reasons are NOT VALIDATED and NOT SUMMED as quality issues.
- PACKMAN provides 7 Days Warranty & 7 Days No Reason Return for all orders, both coverages start from the day of the order is shipped out.
- PACKMAN provides 100% arrival guaranteed if your parcel has not been delivered to you within 10 working days (West Malaysia) or 14 working days (East Malaysia), please our customer care WhatsApp 0173456607. Once the parcel is confirmed lost, we will proceed a refund to you and claim the lost parcel with the courier service on your behalf. Hassle-free and 0 worries.
- To avoid any warranty abusement, we will not offer cash basis in refunding, but our store will generate the same amount of cash into your account to be used in future order(s).
- For exchange or return, please contact our customer care WhatsApp 0173456607 or click the LiveChat button below and inform us before sending back the parcel. Thus, please make sure the product is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.
- Please inform us about your exchange, return & refund request within seven (7) days starting from the day of receiving the products.
